THIS IS DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE EXPENDITURES WILL BE CLOSER TO THE SPENDING LIMITS, BECAUSE PROJECTS WILL BE COMPLETED TOWARDS THE END OF THE YEAR. THE ANALYSIS INCLUDES THE ORIGINAL BUDGET AND THE REVISED BUDGET. THE REVISED BUDGETS WILL DIFFER FROM THE ORIGINAL BUDGET DUE TO COMMISSIONER APPROVED CARRYFORWARD AMOUNTS, COMMISSION APPROVED TRANSFERS FROM RESERVES AND GRANT FUNDED PROJECTS. THE VISION PLAN IS IN THE PROCESS OF BEING UPDATED AND YOU WILL SEE THAT LATER ON THIS EVENING. THE NEW THEMES FOR THE VISION PLAN ARE LIVABILITY, AUTHENTIC CHARACTER, RESILIENCY, AND VITALITY. THESE CATEGORIES ARE REFINED OR FURTHER DEFINED IN OUR STRATEGIC PLAN, WHICH HAS 11 SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES. AND THESE WERE ALL UPDATED LAST YEAR. THERE'S APPROXIMATELY 330 WINDOWS LEFT TO BE REPLACED BETWEEN THIS BUILDING AND THE MUSEUM AND CONSTRUCTION'S ESTIMATED TO BEGIN IN ABOUT TWO WEEKS AND WILL ALSO BE COMPLETE BY DECEMBER OF THIS YEAR. WE HAVE THE MUNICIPAL MARINA FACILITIES BUILDING. THIS IS CURRENTLY IN DESIGN, AND IT WILL REPLACE THE RESTROOMS, LOUNGE AND OFFICE SPACE FOR THIS BUILDING. THE NEXT MARINA IS THE CENTRAL DOCK AND FUEL DOCK REPLACEMENT. WE'RE CURRENTLY DEFINING THE SCOPE OF WORK, BUT WE'RE LOOKING TO REPLACE THE CENTER DOCKS THERE. THIS WILL REPLACE.
