9.a) HP2025-0011 CBVR Telecom Design Group and Cellco Partnership Successor in Interest to Verizon Wireless - Applicant Various areas within/adjacent to the existing City right-of-way (including PID 961500001) near the addresses of 17 King, 43 Cordova, and 98 St. George Streets. To install a new cell antenna and related cellular equipment in each of the locations.
9.b) HP2025-0020 City of St. Augustine - Applicant and Owner Various addresses throughout the city, including areas but not limited to HP-1 to HP-5, and within/adjacent to the existing right-of-way (PID 961500001 and 1960400001) along/at King, Aviles, Charlotte, Cuna, Cordova, and Granada Streets, Cathedral Place, Castillo Drive, the A1A, the VIC, Castillo de San Marcos parking lot, and City parking garage. To install intelligent transportation systems improvements as part of the SMART St. Augustine project in St. Johns County.
