THIS IS WHAT PAYS FOR EVERYTHING WE DO IN THE GENERAL FUND, ESSENTIALLY, THAT WE CANNOT TIE ANOTHER USER FEE TO. SO, OUR POLICE DEPARTMENT, OUR ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF, OUR PLANNING AND BUILDING STAFF, I COULD GO THROUGH THE LIST. YOU ALL KNOW WHAT THE GENERAL FUND CONSISTS OF. RIGHT NOW, OUR AD VALOREM RATE IS 7.5 MILLS. IT HAS BEEN 7.5 MILLS CONSISTENTLY FOR OVER TEN YEARS. I DID NOT BRING THAT GRAPH WITH ME, BUT IT ACTUALLY MAY BE MORE LIKE 15 YEARS.
