F2015-0077 Marquis Halback, Inc. – Applicant Larry Rideman, Elizabeth Ridemon & Carol Ann Simon – Owner 28 St. Francis Street To construct a new brick and stone patio at rear of property, including landscape improvements, relocation of an existing fountain, repairs to an existing masonry wall, and construction of a wooden trellis.
