Variance (a) 2018-0071 Jason Mullins – Applicant St. Augustine Society Inc. – Owner 70 Washington Street To approve a variance from Sec. 28-206 to increase the maximum lot coverage by buildings from fifty percent (50%) to sixty-four percent (64%) in order to add an awning.
Use by Exception (a) 2018-0072 George Hackney Inc. d/b/a/ Trulieve - Applicant J & J Mopar Inc. – Owner 2303 N. Ponce De Leon Boulevard To approve a use by exception, as allowed by Sec. 28-209, allowing a 1,150 square foot medical marijuana dispensary.
