Terry Dillinger – Owner Fishbites Trading Lllp 170 Nix Boatyard Road To increase the maximum building setback allowed; to allow light manufacturing, packaging or fabricating as a permitted use by exception; and, to remove preserved tree(s) within Conservation Overlay Zone 3 (tree removal).
Conservation Overlay Zone Development (a) 2018-0002 Cora Johnston – Applicant Generation Homes LLC Maurizzo & Kim Frakaloss – Owner 110 Oyster Catcher Circle Request removal of five (5) Cedar trees on the site, remove five (5) Cedar trees in the building envelope & driveway, and preserve nine (9) Cedar trees remaining outside of the house, pool, and outdoor entertainment area to construct a new single family residence.
