General Public Presentations Approval of Nights of Lights Agreement with Old Town Trolley Tours. Additionally, Dave Chatterton, General Manager of Old Town Trolley Tours, will present their operational plan designed to keep all guests safe and socially distanced from one another during the 2020 Nights of Lights.
