Ordinance 2019-11: Updates two sections of the city zoning code that regulate the waivers of time periods between submitting board applications for the same property. (D. Birchim, Director, Planning and Building).
Ordinance 2019-22: Amends article to update procedures utilized by the commission regarding majority votes, deadlines to fill vacancies and removal of city officials. (I. Lopez, City Attorney).
Ordinance 2019-33: Updates the Outdoor Cafes on Aviles Street and on Artillery Lane to provide for outdoor retail seating. (D. Birchim, Director, Planning and Building).
Ordinance 2019-37: Amends Sections 13-3, 13-4 and 13-8 of the City code to make it consistent with the new Florida statute. These changes conform to statutory changes to telecommunications permit. (J. Cary, Assistant City Attorney).
