ORDINANCES – SECOND READING Ordinance 2019-04: Provides for alcoholic beverage consumption on certain City rights-of-way for on-street dining and provides for intermittent closure of certain rights-of-way. (R. Franklin, Mobility Program Manager).

8.A.2. Ordinance 2019-12: Limits zoning districts of aircraft and public airports within the City limits. Encourages the use of the local airport’s facilities and equipment including a seaplane ramp. ORDINANCES – FIRST READING 9.A.1. Ordinance 2019-15: Updating the City Charter, this ordinance amends all sections to include both genders and use gender neutral terminology. (I. Ordinance 2019-16: Updating the City Charter, this amendment removes the procedure for street vacations and codifies a procedure in the code consistent with other ordinance noticing and hearings. (I. Lopez, City Attorney). 9.A.3. Ordinance 2019-17: Updating the City Charter, this amendment clarifies the procedures for vacating roads. (I. Lopez, City Attorney). 9.A.4. Ordinance 2019-18: Updating the City Charter, this amendment removes procedures regarding annual Christmas bonuses and codifies the procedure consistent with state statute and current policy. (I. Resolution 2019-03: Sets intermittent closure times of Cuna Street for loading zone, on-street dining, pedestrian and non-motorized traffic. (R. Franklin, Mobility Program Manager). Resolution 2019-19: Adopts the Fire Assessment Fee Residential and Non-Residential rates to offset approximately 50 per cent of the Fire Department budget. (M. Breidenstein, Director, Budget and Performance Management).
