ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS – PUBLIC HEARING REQUIRED ORDINANCES – SECOND READING Ordinance 2019-07: Amends Future Land Use Map designation for the property known as the St. Augustine Shipyard from Marine Industrial to Residential Medium Density Mixed Use. Ordinance 2019-08: Amends the zoning designation for the property known as the St. Augustine Shipyard from Planned Unit Development (PUD) to Residential General Office (RGO). (D. Birchim, Director, Planning and Building)
ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS – NO PUBLIC HEARING REQUIRED ORDINANCES – FIRST READING Ordinance 2019-04: Provides for alcoholic beverage consumption on certain City rights-of-way for on-street dining and provides for intermittent closure of certain rights-of-way. (R. Franklin, Mobility Program Manager).
Ordinance 2019-12: Limits zoning districts of aircraft and public airports within the City limits. Encourages the use of the local airport’s facilities and equipment including a seaplane ramp. (I. Lopez, City Attorney).
Ordinance 2019-13: Approves annual end of year salary supplement dependent upon satisfactory work performance and seniority. (I. Lopez, City Attorney).
Ordinance 2019-14: Amends the City Charter to remove sections obsolete, preempted or superseded. (I. Lopez, City Attorney).
RESOLUTIONS Resolution 2019-14: Establishes a property registration fee adoption for properties in default. (J. Cary, Assistant City Attorney).
