ORDINANCES – FIRST READING Ordinance 2019-05: Updates the City’s nuisance code to include defined terms, remove redundant procedures, and provide the City Manager and Building Official authority to immediately abate life safety nuisances. (I. Lopez, City Attorney).
Ordinance 2019-06: Addresses inconsistencies between the land development code and the corridor design standards. (I. Lopez, City Attorney).
Resolution 2019-06: Updates the King Street Design Standards as approved by the Planning and Zoning Board. (D. Birchim, Director, Planning and Building).
