Ordinance 2018-16: Amends and updates sections relating to the Plaza de la Constitucion providing that protestors and counter-protesters of events in the Plaza must remain on sidewalks surrounding the plaza and prohibits motor vehicles and livestock in the plaza. (I. Lopez, City Attorney).
Ordinance 2018-13: Amends section of the city charter regarding gift prohibitions to certain officials and employees. (I. Lopez, City Attorney).
Ordinance 2018-14: Clarifies the ability to schedule, reschedule or cancel regular meetings of the Commission and provides the flexibility to modify its calendar of meetings to include special meetings and workshops. (I. Lopez, City Attorney).
