Ordinance 2017-04: Changes St. Augustine Municipal Firefighters’ Pension Trust to comply with Internal Revenue Service Code and Chapter 2015-39 Laws of Florida. (T. Burchfield, Assistant City Manager).
Ordinance 2017-06: Limits Certificates of Demolition to one year; provides for a six-month administrative extension or, in the alternative, a one year HARB extension. (I. Lopez, City Attorney).
